About the Owner

Hi there, My name is Aaron Willeford, and I am the owner and operator of Aarons Outboards. I was born and raised on the shores of Lake Bob Sandlin in Pittsburg, TX. At 18, I left home and joined the US Navy as an Aviation Machinist Mate, where I worked on the F/A-18 Superhornet as an engine mechanic. After 4 deployments, I left the military and joined the Department of Defense as a contractor, working on the MRAP project in Afghanistan. Following the completion of my time there, I moved my family back to my home in Texas.

While visiting the Corsicana area for a friend's wedding, my family and I fell in love with the area and the people, and we decided to relocate next to beautiful Richland-Chambers Lake. After moving and getting settled, I decided to pursue my dream of opening my own boat repair shop, as I have worked on boats since I was a kid with my dad, and have continued my education and experience in marine repair for over 30 years. spending time on the lake with my dad in our old boat are some of my favorite memories. I opened my doors to be able to help others make great memories like my own.

I have 3 wonderful children and am married to my amazing wife. I am also a proud volunteer firefighter with the Mildred Volunteer Fire Department. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me, and I look forward to helping you make memories.
